You don't need to change that much water in one month. Usually about every two weeks to one month do about 10%-15% water change, so only about 10 gallons.

I would say a little more than the 10 gallons. I have an 80 gallon tank and I try to replace about 10% every two weeks. So with a 100 gallon, I would do 10 gallon water changes every two weeks, which comes to about 20 gallons a month.
Having said that, it does depend on your set up and equipment and fish/corals that you have. I have a FOWLR tank. Once you start maintaining your tank, you will come to know how often you need to do water changes. Just don't forget to do them. Your tank does need fresh supply of water.
Good luck!

This is what I have done for the past 20 yrs and it has worked well for me. No water changes for the cycle period, then do a 20% after the cycle, then for the first 6 months or so do a 10% every 2 weeks, then switch to 20% every two weeks, has worked well for me. Good Luck
