water changes

For all the Nano people whom have 10 gal tanks I would like to know:
How often do you do water changes?
How much do you take out each time in (gal)?
Do you vacum (if you have crushed coral) each time?
I am just battling this Cyanobacteria thing (red slime algae) and it is driving me nuts. I am decreasing my lights at the moment and holding back on the food a bit more also.
I first noticed this when I started to feed spirulina flakes and don't know if this has caused this horrible stuff.

i do about a gallon and a half a week. i've got my mixing and emptying buckets marked in inches to keep the amount correct so i don't have to mix more. my nitrates stay at about 2.5, i've got 9 lbs. of live rock and a small clown and a green banded goby in the tank.

when I had my five I'd do 1/2 gallon weekly water changes and on my 20 I change 3 gallons per month .... not sure ifthat will help you.
I've found that increaseing sand bed level water movement will rid your tank of cyano as fast as anything else!!
Good luck!

On my 6g I do 1g a week. IMO 1g a week in a 10g is plenty.
Second OA suggestion on more current across the sand bed, also, I don't recommend vacuuming but you can suck some of the cyano out during water changes.
