water flow for a v lionfish

i was wondering how much water flow due volitan lionfish like?....as of right now i just have water coming out of the duel overflows but was wondering if the fish would be happier with a powerhead on...opinions please....thanks!

Your Lionfish will not require any extra flow, as long as your tank has enough flow in it already, you will be fine, however if you do decide to add a powerhead make sure it has the guard on it, to help protect the fins.

Good water flow will help keep your water in check. Try to turn it over about 4 times an hour. I run a shark tank at 2000gph, realy about 1500 after all is said and done in a 330g that is about 4.5 turns an hour.
