Water Flow Help!

I have a 37 Gal. Tall reef tank. I want to put a dual spinning pump near the rop of the tank. Which one would be the best. I was looking at the rio system. How much power (GPM) on the pump?
I have Mushrooms, Grn star poylop
clown, cardinal, Coral Beauty

I havn't heard of or seen a "dual spinning pump"so I'm not sure what you are talking about.But a 37 is a small tank so be careful not to overdo it.Too much circulation can be as bad as not enough.I would think you could get by eith a couple small powerheads,one in each rear corner. Maybe even only one.
