My question is this. I have a 55g fish only tank and my water does not seem to be crystal clear. I have a aqua pro 75 wet/dry. I bought some white filter pad to put on top of my blue/white filter which does catch a lot more stuff but it never becomes real clear, when I feed the fish there is almost nothing left over so I don't think I am over feeding. My stock list is follows:
diamond goby 2"
valentini puffer 2"
dog face puffer 4"
Christmas wrasse 3"
maroone clown 2"
Would it do me any good to have more water flow by buying a powerhead or something. I thought about getting another filter a hang on type but not sure what is going on. I do about 20% water change every 10 days and I don't use tap water anymore, only ro/di. I also added some carbon under my bio balls to see if that would help but it has not cleared up as much as I would like.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
