I have (2) power heads. What direction should I have them pointed in? Also, What type of flow should I use? Should I just have them set on flowing water with no bubbles> Or with bubbles? Thanks In advance.

Your best bet would probably to have one powerhead on each end of the tank. Point them in a slight upward direction to break the water line (which will help with oxygenation).
As far as the bubbles....from what I understand it's just personal preference. A lot of people don't like the air bubbles because it makes more of a mess on the top of your tank.
Hope that helps. :happyfish

I heard the air bubbles are no good to keep running.
I have two pointing to the center front glass from the side glass towards the back. I then have a spray bar on the bottom of the tank pointed forward. I also have another power head pointed on the back glass behind the rock.
You want to be able to turn your tank over 10 times an hour.

I agree with Jester and Bigboy. If your going reef then you want 20x for turnover.... FOwlr is 10x turnover.....

Ok, Right now it's only FOWLR. I will be going to a reef set up in the very near future. So thanks for the info. It will help now and later.
Thanks,
