water for waterchange

i mixed the water but i havnt had time to do it and the waters been there for a few days should i use that water?

Do you have a powerhead in it and is it covered? If so you should be good.

its in a bucket i have no power head but its covered with a towel i covered it so nufin gets in

If its just a matter of dumping plain water: if it worries you enough to ask, dump it---its just a bucket of water. If you're feeling guilty about wasting water (really, just returning it to the water cycle), which is so PC now, use it to flush the toilet. However, I can't imagine how plain water, in a clean, covered container can "go bad".
