I currently have a fish only 100g tank which has been running for 9 months with a protein skimmer in the sump. I have a purple tang, a nasotang, 2 dominoe damsels, and blue damsel. I had a queen angel but after 5 weeks it died from pop eye. I added another queen but after 1 week it is acting very lethargic. I had a pocantoe butterfly for 3 months, but it just passed as well. I just checked my chemicals and they were as followed: pH 7.8 ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 80. Any suggestions of what I can do to prevent any more sudden deaths and begin to add more fish? Any advice would be great!!!

Your PH is too low for one thing. IMO 8.0 to 8.2 is better. What are you using for a substrate? and has it dropped to 7.8 or is that where you started at? are you topping off with tap water? whats your salinity at? NitrAte of 80 seems high Mine has never gotten over 10. wouldn't add any more fish till you get these levels right.
Much more info is needed to do any real troubleshooting though. how did you cycle, #'s lr and ls, whats in your sump? etc...ect..
