Water Leak?

I am finding more and more salt creep around the bottom lip of my 55g and some water. I'm starting to think might have a leak but was wondering if anyone had a technique on finding water leaks or any info on what I can do to find out why I have so much salt creep. Any help would be great. Thanks

Tape some paper towels around the side of the tank that has the leak showing. Make sure it is absolutely dry when you tape them on there. Wait for a day or a half a day and see if the paper towels are wet. If they are, there is a good possibility that a pump is splashing some water out of your tank on occasion.
Make sure that all your bulkheads are sealed up nice and finger tight. Make sure also that your keeping your glass clean so after you do maintenance your not actually letting water accumulate somewhere and you thinking it could be a leak.
