Water lice???? help identify

Hi,
Inside my tank there are these tiny white things that look like lice... they seem to be hanging out all on one side aganst the glass & just kinda wiggle around. Some seem to be attached as in reproducing?
Anyone know what these are and if they are good or bad???

They're called coepepods ('pods for short) and they are great. They're the sign of a healthy tank, they serve as the first link in the foodchain for carniverous fish. Great!

yep that's what they most likely are; I would not say that they are necessarily a sign of a healthy tank...they simply hitchike w/ the LR sometimes
