what power head should I get for my 25 gal nano reef, how much water movement do i need for most soft corals?

if the tank is housing only softies you shouldn't need more then 10x the turnover.
so if you tank is 25g, you'll need around 250 gph. you could have more flow [up to a point it wont have any adverse efects on the softies]. 2 maxijet900 should be more then enough IMO
