Water problems?

I'm wondering if someone can help me. I have a 10g nano and my candy cane coral has a couple stems on it that are starting to turn brown. And one rock has a couple purple mushrooms on it that shriveled up all the sudden. I checked my parameters and it looks like PH is about 8.3, nitrates are 25 mg or so and salinity is 1.025. Is the PH too high? I'm doing weekly water changes of 1 gallon, using distilled water, and adding calcium with it. I'm using photoplankton a few times a week but just dumping it in. Is that the right way to do it? My button polyps, feather duster, and anenome are doing fine as far as I can tell but I'm kind of worried about the others. I have a 28W PC light and have about 15 pounds of live rock and 10 pounds of live sand and crushed coral. I tried to post a pic but it said the file was too large. Any help would be great or if I forgot to add something that will help solve the problem let me know. Thanks

you have an anenome under 28 w pcs? What kind of anenome is it?
Up until you said an anenome I was suggesting lighting problems, but now I don't know.
What are your parameters.
Alk
Ammonia
'trites
'trates?
What kind of filtration?
You know that some anenomes well let off toxins if they are dieing right? Maybe its dying and you can't tell at the moment.

i am not a expert by any means. are you sure it is getting enough light? i have a 10g also with 96watts PC on it. What is the temp of the tank, i notice my corals tend to close up when it gets too cold.

I'd also stop dosing calcium and do another water change ... maybe like 2 gallons .... then I'd get your calcium and alkilinity tested - sounds like you've been dosing calcium without testing - which means your alk could be pretty much out of whack ... So I'd like to see those levels tested.
