Water pump gph flow for a 90 gallon tank?

I'm building my system now and am looking to see how much flow I should have from my sump to my tank. I will have a 90 or possibly a 75 gallon tank. Thanks for your help and input.

LOL< from experience, I can tell you just make sure the hose to the sump from the tank is a lot bigger than the one going up Really screwed ourselves with that one, its amazing that common sense can just disappear when you are in a hurry!

Depending on what kind of system you are looking at setting up roughly 10x the size of your tank is a good rule of thumb.
90Gal = 900 GPH

whatever the size of your pump, you want to turn that over 8-10x's per hour, in your tank, you want to turn over the water 10-20x with enough sources to make sure you have no calm spots
