I made my own wet/dry and only thing i need now is the pump. A friend had a aquaclear 400gph and with the height it has to pump it doesn't pump hardly anything. What's a good water pump and what size gph should i buy? I was thinking 1400gph.
I found a Catalina Aqua Pump 5000 that's 1400 gph. Would this be enough for a wet/dry pump? And it says ceramic shaft, this means it's saltwater safe right?
