I'm new to this hobby. I have been using tap water as a source for replenishing
evaporated water each day. I have been adding about a gallon to my tank each day, after adding some Amqel, to remove the Chlorine. Is this also removing the metal in the water also, or should I get something else? How long should I wait to use it in the tank?
If I was to make 10 gallons in a large bucket - or even more than that, how long will the water last - or will it become stagnent over time.
Would adding salt to this, prolong the life of this water. I just seem to be juggling with water each day at the moment, and still not having enough. Thinking about making a large batch and using it over a few weeks - would this be a good thing??
