Water Question?

Thismay be a silly question ... but .. the salt does not evaporate out your tank with the water, correct?

your water will evaporate. you just need to do top off's..But if you do weekly water changes you won't even have to do that...key thing is to check the sallnity level every couple day's:happyfish

Correct, if you don't top off, you're salinity will rise. Also, top off with fresh water. If you top with salt it will raise the salinity as well.
Have to admit, I made that mistake in my early days. RIP little damsels.

What I do is when I make lets say 20 gallons of water I add 18 gallon's to my tank and save 2 gallon's for top off's. This way the salt level is real close

Though the salt won't evaporate be aware of salt creep, this is why, as said, checking your salinity is so important.
