water spouts......

ive got 2 maxijets with sureflow kits on them and every once and a while i get waterspouts from the surface to the power head and makes thousands of bubbles what does this?????

Your power heads are too close to the surface, I don't know what the physics are behind this to explain it though.

really there about 7 in below the surface kinda pointed up

I have some towards the bottom of my tank that do that occasionally. IDK why though.

Try adjusting the angle down a little and see if it stops.

im running them paralel and only ones doing it

Just lucky I guess. Try playing with the angles and see if you can get it to stop. Koralias 4 will do this occasionally and then will go weeks without doing it again.

now im getting them off the side of the glass.. is that possible?????

I also had that problem with the larger prop. When I changed to the medium flow propeller, everything worked great. I'm not sure how much flow is lost but even the mediums seem to move a lot of water.
