Honestly the best prices are going to be on rubbermaid brute garbage cans. They are food safe and tough as nails, and you can stack them when not in use.
The poly barrels and stuff are out there, but they are freaky expensive.

Look at a ranch supply store. I got 2 55g with valves for 120. Large screw on open tops work great with screen.
