Water test result cards

Does anyone have a pic of the result cards for the water testing kits? I bought some new ones and guess what...NO COLOR CARD for results

you know i have lost on of mine and googled it and couldnt find one, ask your lfs if they have an extra they open test kits all the time i bet they do
