ur ammo and nitrite should be zero. pH should be around 8.2.
nitrate depends on the type of system you are sustaining. fish can go to 40 and survive. for a FOWLR tank, 20 is preferred. a reef system needs to be as close to 0 as possible.
in terms of good or bad, this would depend on how old your tank is and if its still cycling. if it is, you are close to the finish and that is good! if your tank is established and not cycling, you have a problem somewhere which is causing the bio filter to overload and not be able to zero out your nitrites that is bad.
