Water testing - what should I test for?

I was curious what I really need to be testing my water for. I always have done the basics:
PH
Nitrite
Nitrate
Ammonia
Calcium
Besides those what should I be testing for? I have never had any issues with my water, but i was just curious.

If its a reef tank i would add alkalinity, magnesium and phosphate to your list.Its good to know where your at when thing are good so if and when things go bad you know what it is.Alkalinity, magnesium,and phosphate are contributing factors.

Lets put in Temperature too!

But like said ALK, Mag, and Phates are all impotant too in a well balanced system
