I do a 3 gal water change every week with bottled water.It says that its microfiltered and ozonated.Is this good?

Run the bottled water through a test as though it came from you tank. Some bottle water contains phosphates and nitrates although low it's still there. This will give you a better feel for the water that you are doing your water changes with. I suggest using R/O water if you can get it.

Micro-filtered and Ozonated are great terms indeed, but pretty useless as far as a reef is concerned.
Neither Process removes nitrates, phosphates, chlorine, copper or any other toxic heavy metal.

I agree. Bottle water can have problems. I would suggest buying a RO or DI system.

If you don't have the money to invest in an RO/DI system, you might look for a water store in your area. I have two within a quarter of a mile radius. It costs about a quarter a gallon. The two in my area even tested their water and posted the results. HTH, :p
