ok tested my water last night ammonia-0 nitrite-0 ph-8.4 salinity-32ppt-1.024 and nitrate-0 temp is 80 how does this look

Looks good, how long has the tank been setup? If this is a new tank did you go through a cycle?

its been up for around two mths it cycled for a mouth with just lr all i have right now is a clean up crew have 6 snails ass,6 hermitcrabs ess,3 ermarld crabs,and i peppermint shrimp

i still have alot of hair alga the green kind and i want to wait untill all of it is gone.have on more ? i have a 12g nanocube is on kind of skimmer i can get for it i have alot of stuff thats floats on top of the water.mine came with a 4 stage filter i comp has 2 sponges the next has ceramic rings the next has some kind of black stick things and the last has some bioballs i do a water change every 2 weeks one 10% and one 25% if u know of a skimmer small enough please let me know the hood has no opens in it just air vents .but i would like my water cleaner any info would be a big help.thanks for all the help
