Yep its a sign alright, they are claiming their territory, and getting to know the anemone, thats what the scrubbing is all about!

wat are parimeters again or watever is that my water quality if it is ammonia .1 nitrites 0 nitrite0 and my salt is 23

Although you shouldn't be showing any ammonia at all, it looks ok. Quit worrying unless you see some physical problem with the fish like, white spots, or powdery coating or something else wrong.
Have you got enough surface movement going for proper gas exchange?

yea i got a fluval 304/penguin wich im trading for an aqua clear today and then i got a small aqua clear.

also last night the big female chased my kole tang and the kole tang is about 4in i found that pretty funny no fish go by that anenome now but for some reason at night when the light goes off they let all the little clowns i have into the anenome?
