Does anyone know how many powerheads can be pluged into the "Wavemaster Pro" that this site sells? I saw one at my LFS that would acomodate 4 but it was 50$ more than the one on this site.

If it is one of those cycling power strips then I would make sure you have a good budget to spend on the tank to replace powerheads. I have never had many powerheads last very long when they are constantly being turned on and off like that.

so then what do you recommend cincyreefer instead of this model? i've been considering getting the red sea wavemaster pro myself.

I have the Red Sea wavemaster Pro and have been using it with 4 Maxi Jets for more than a year without any problems. The wavemaker has a soft start feature that is easier on the PH.
