We moved last week

So I moved my 55gal and 30 gal reef tanks last monday. I have not turned the lights on since last monday in fear of evaporation. Our old place had awsome pressure. I set my pinnacle + 200gpd RO/DI up a few days ago. Turns out we have about 40 - maybe 50psi in the kitchen faucet. Bathroom faucet has low pressure also. There is a sink in the basement I may be able to hook up to but I am not sure of the psi yet. The g/f parents have a waterbead on the third floor. (we are on the first floor) They filled there water bed up in about 1 hour. So I know that the outside faucet has good pressure. I just set up my RO to the kitchen faucet and have about 45psi and the TDS meter reads 5tds.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I DO NOT want to spend $200 on a pump for my RO.
