Hi everyone, just to shear something that just happened to me, I got a cleaning crew I think I have the list on my other post, I found my three Peppermint Shrimp and all my crab bodies just lying on the bottom of my aquarium "I told myself what a wast of money" but later on I found them all eating behind a rock "they just changed clothes!!" but I noticed that my Peppermint Shrimp were acting weird they were just not doing anything and then one of them came out of the hole and started swimming and booooom something came out, hundred of tiny things swiming around did she just gave birth? Oh well sorry for the long post, I wanted to share with you all my story!!!!!

Sounds like your water conditions were just right for some baby shrimp action. I hope you dont have anything in there that likes to eat them. If not then within a couple of weeks you should be able to sell some of them to your LFS and make some cash for some more fish or something. Don

Yes, many yrs ago when I started in this hobby, I had a hermit crab. He was healthy and happy until one day I came home and saw his carcass on the bottom of my tank. I was really boggled [and upset], as he was doing so well, so, of course I started to look for other problems in the tank, to see if something had gone awry.
Suddenly I saw my crab scammering around! Alive and well he was!
Welcome to the world of Crustaceans!
