Weird broccoli looking moss stuff

There is this weird broccoli looking moss 'stuff' attached to my live rock they are very small, I don't think it's coral.
It hasn't really spread but I wanted to make sure it's harmless
it blends in too well to get a picture, but it looks exactly like broccoli. And is VERY easy to get off
good or bad?
