Weird bumpy texture on Powder Blue Tang's body

My Powder Blue tang is swimming nicely, picking at live rock, eating voraciously, but this morning I noticed that his normally silky smooth body (the blue part) is all bumpy. Not distinct nodules or anything, sort of like a wrinkled shirt. He's still eating and swimming normally, doesn't look the least bit stressed, and if I had to guess I'd say he might be missing a nutritional supplement. Any ideas what it could be? I'd include a picture but it's not showing clearly in pictures. I'll keep trying.

If it's where his lateral line is it could be the start of HLLE but I'm not sure but your gonna want to post this in the disease and treatment section and wait for beth.

It was actually all over the blue portion of his body but it has since gone away as I fed seaweed and spinach to the tank. It was literally just after the lights came on this morning that he was exhibiting those bumps. He's fine now but if they show up again tomorrow I will do as you suggested. Thanks for the tip.

Just as a follow up I found an article on tangs which mentions HLLE and includes a picture of what it looks like and what I saw on my Powder Blue this morning was nothing like that, so it's not HLLE and right now he looks fine.
