Weird globs

I just put some new lr in my tank and later noticed a small asternia star. Not a problem for me but when I was looking at him I noticed loads of small globs on the upper part of the tank. It has a small white spot in the center and a glob around it. When the stat moved near it it moved. What could it be and is it ok. Also my tank has hard brown algae on the glass. The scrubber won't remove it. Should I try a razor??
Thanks

Sorry my camera is on the blink - hoping santa will bring me a new one. They are clear with a small white spot in the center. And they move when you touch them or a snail or something moves near. They are mostly at the top of the tank. Could it be baby snails?

How big are they? Are they hard or soft? I'll be honest with ya, I get no mental picture yet...

I have them as well and I believe that they are a form of pods. I will try and get a pic tonight if I can.

Thanks Tizzo. They look like the second image you attached where beth said they were nassarius snail eggs. I only have turbo snails in my tank. Would those come in on the new live rock I put in the tank? And if they are snails does this mean I need to get small shells for them. Right now I have a very small tank while I gather all the equipment needed for my 75. Almost there but it will be after the first of the year before I get it up and running cause I'll have to wait for the carpet to be installed.

That second pic looks like something I had.....they move around right? I am sure what I had were not snail eggs though. Some kind of pod sounds more like it.
When they move they kinda inch around, first the front half reaches out then the back half pulls up.
I can't think of the name....ugh!
Mine were mostly down in the reef ruble.

Since Tizzo gave me an idea of what I have I did a search and while reading I remembered that I did have an astrea snail in my tank not long ago. It kept falling off the glass and landing on its back and one day when I came home from work it was dead. Maybe it laid eggs. I remember now that there were small white spots on the tank but didn't worry much about them. I guess they hatched. Thanks for solving my mystery.

Clown52 thats what mine does. They don't move unless something gets near and then its not much. They also don't seem to be getting any larger. About the size of a pin head.

I think they may be Flatworms.
I am not a pro on this so if anyone else has any info on these please add it.
I used to have these in my tank but they have dissapeared over time. There is also a treatment you can get to get rid of them.
