weird nitrite readings? help!

ive nver had this.. i have a small amount of nitrite which have been coming down over the last week. i have not tested for nitrate i just assumed it wsa up there too. why do i hav eno nitrates ? how can this be?.. no amonia.. no nitrates at all

Have you LFS test you water, one or more of your kits could be bad. Normally if the nitrites are up, the so are the nitrates. Ammonia could still be zero.
