Ok so does this mean the 145 gal is doing well cause i found some baby brine shrimp in the refugium is this good or norm
well must be doing something right

Are you hatching baby brine? Are you sure they aren't amphipods/copepods that you are looking at? A pic would be nice if you can get it.

As what Snake Blitz said, I don't think that they are baby brine unless you were hatching them. I just don't see how they could appear all of a sudden... I think it's more likely that they are copepods.
