It is just as frustrating to us! We do everything we can to get it back up as quickly as possible (weekend makes it tougher).
When adding features to make things more fun and user friendly glitches happen that sometimes cause some downtime. The Internet is still young and unfortunately problems can occur in different areas. I know what you mean, I also develop software, and glitches always seem to happen at the most inconvenient times. There are also incompatibilites between browsers, etc. on the web. Most of us enjoy the site, and will endure a few minor set backs every now and again. Thanks for providing us with a forum where we can help others, and learn too. The force or the matrix.....tough one!
My guess would be that somehow in some distant plain, they are both inter-twined within each other.
For the force is controlled by a person, and the matrix is the person.
The real question here is if you wanted to speak that language, where will you learn to read it?
