Wet Dry Filter and Protein Skimmer

i am looking for a good Wet/Dry Filter sytem with a Protein Skimmer with it. i have a limited budget of less then $300.00 to spend. Any ideas.
Also, is there a system which will automaticly add water to the Tank from a R/O sytem ?
I have a 40 gallon tall tank. Just started in December 2001. Two Clowns and a foxface. About 150 lbs of live rock. Currently have a Seaclone Protein Skimmer.

Dont bother with the wet/dry. If you have that much LR and some LS you dont need the wet/dry. Get a small tank and make it a sump to help circulate the water. I am in the process of getting rid of my wet/dry and converting to a sump/refugium setup, its much better and will keep the nitrates down.

To answer your question directly.
I have a Sealife Systems 75 I got for 269.00, this included a protein skimmer, and pump for the skimmer. You will still need to purchase the return pump, about $50.
