I have a 29 gallon reef running with a millenium, i am moving tank to a stand so I am going to get a wet/dry. Will have to worry about a cycle? My tank is mature and everying and the live rock does most or all of the biological. Thanks Also what wet.dry do you reccomend that is a sump and very affordable?

If I were in your position, since you already have a nice setup thats matured, get the biggest glass aquarium you can fit in the stand, Its MUCH cheaper that way then spending $200+ on a commercially made wet-dry; forget about using bio-balls, your live rock is plenty for bio-filtration, put a nice skimmer in it, and get a mag 5 or 7 for a return pump. When you do the swap, save as much of the water you can, and keep your rock submerged in that water, that way when everything goes back in, you shouldn't have a cycle.
