me again with another question.
i have a 55g reef and was thinking about getting a pro series 75 gallon wet dry filter. BUT i kind of want to get a 100g tank in a year or two.
SO i was wondering if i could get a pro series 125 and run it with my 55g tank in the mean time.
Will that work or would it be too much overkill?
Would a pro series 125 be good for a 100g reef?
Thanks for all the advice.

Actually, bigger is always better when it comes to biological filtration. Make sure, however, when you use the bioballs or biobale media, that it has a blue and white bonded filter pad on top. If too much detritus gets caught in the bio-media, they cease to function properly, and you add nitrates back into your tank.
Also, get a sump that has a nice sized space for a protein skimmer. Get the largest protein skimmer that you can, you won't regret it!
