Silverside or pieces of raw shrimp. Cut a small piece, smaller than the anemone's mouth. Then place the food on its tentacles. If it's healthy, it'll automatically grab the food and push it to its mouth.

only feed about once a week though...you don't wanna give it indigestion!haha
