Since you say Percula, this limits you to anemones that all can move, and all can sting. Not exactly sure which percula you have true or false so I'll list your options for both.
False Percula Clown=Amphiprion ocellaris
Carpet anemone,
Ritteri (Maroon) anemone
Saddle anemone
Bubble anemone
Percula Clown=Amphiprion percula
Carpet anemone,
Ritteri (Maroon) anemone
Saddle anemone
Bubble anemone
List is the same for both, and not necessarily limited to the list I provided for you, anything can happen in our systems, even other corals can become the clownfish's home.
Of these choices your best bet would be the Tank raised Bubble tip, as the least light demanding, lowest threat of stinging, but not necessarily the least movment, as we can almost never be sure why they are moving. I have several BTA's in my tank that have walked across star polyps, button polyps, xenia, frogspawn, leathers, and never seemed to harm them.
In my experience you will need to have at least 380 watts of VHO as a minimum lighting source, 440 would be beter, or a MH/VHO combination using 2-250 watt MH bulbs and 2- actinic bulbs.
Just my 2 cents, open for rebuttle or further discussion.
