the PC light i'm looking at is the coralife deluxe and it puts out 130 watts. If that wont work with getting an anemone than what thypes of corals does that leave me with to choose?
5 watts per gallon is a good starting point for a BTA. Though I consider 130 watts rather low lighting for any anemone, if you do this I would be interested in your results.
Yes true percs can host with Bubble Tip anemonies. I highly suggest looking for one that is tank raised.
Make sure you have enough liverock so that the BTA can climb higher in the water column closer to the lights if it needs to.
Maintain your alk and cal.

What species is the common anemone?
You can't get an anemone for 2 reasons: you have just cycled your tank and you don't have the right lighting. You should wait at least 6 months after the cycle to get an anemone because they need very stable water conditions, and a newly cycled tank is not stable. And your normal output lights will not keep it alive for long. You need at LEAST a lot of PC or VHO lights or some metal halides.
