Just to add a bit...Low light, low to medium flow. They flourish in most any tank with right params and CORRECT placement. I just bought one with 4 polyps and a baby less than 3 months ago, adn already have 9 new polyps growing. They are fairly uncommon in the wild, and as such is the reason for such high prices at the LFS, IMO. They usually come in browns and reddish brown, so when you see ones that are maroon adn green, purple adn green, BRIGHT red, Bright red adn green the price only goes up. VERY HARDY too.
Frogspawn are not really difficult in my opinion, I have had one since like the second coral I bought aobut 2 years ago. They are very hardy, adn the love moderate flow with moderate to high lighting. Mine has split a few times, and I now have 9 heads when I started with only 5. However, they are pretty toxic, adn because the inflate SO MUCN, care should really be taken so they are not set too close to other corals. Sometimes they get along, but Frogspawns pack a punch. They come from drab greens with white tips to almost NEON greens with SUPER PURPLE tips. They can also be very easily confused with their not to distant cousin the torch coral.
In my opinion, both of these corals are GREAT choices for even the beginner if you can provide an established tank with no less than 3 watts per gallon, adn if you can find either, nothing should stop you from buying them except some outrageous prices.
Blastos can go for 30 bucks a polyp, adn Frogspawn for 20 bucks a head. IF you can find a deal that is healthy , go for it.
