What are the best and most nutritous foods for fish?

I think that I poisoned my fish with flake food and now he will not eat. I think he is dying. I was wondering what are the best types of food that most all fish love. I have frozen brine, and flake. What are the best fish foods and where can I find them?

i swear by 'formula one' and 'formula two' frozen foods. you will see positive results quickly. you can get it at any good fish store.

I use Formula 1 and 2 as well. The formula 1 can be a bit messy but the maroon clowns love it.
My tangs and angels prefer the Formula 2. Soak your food occasionally with Zoe/Selcon and use alot of variety. Live and frozen Brine, mysis, seaweed, etc...
