What are the first signs of Pop-eye

In my tank I have 2 triggers 2 clowns 1 coral beauty 1 damsel 1 cleaner wrasse and 3 anemones. (46 bowfront w/ emporer 400, prizum skimer, and a 25 watt uv filter on a 465 little giant pump.)I have just got over a ich. prob. .
I have noticed that the two triggers have slighy cloudy eyes. Should I be concerned? If so what should I do?

Yes, you should be concerned. Can you tell us how your fish just got over ick? How did you treat the ick problem?
Cloudy eyes is a symptom to a disease process occuring...including ick. That is why I ask you what you did to treat ick.
Popeye is a symptom that something actually happened to to the eye. An eye injury or infection.
