what are these and are they any good

i bought a 300 gall used and it came with ocean clear filers two of them and also a wet and dry filter system can i use them together, its going to be used for salt water

Yes you can use them together. Are they both the same? Some have removable filters and some have cellpore cores or places for carbon. You can use them with your wet dry or in a closed system. I run mine in a closed system with a dolphin 3000 low speed pump. You will need shut off valves to change the filters.
