top one is aiptasia, the bottom pic is hard to tell but the thing in the middle towards the bottom looks like majono which is very similar and equally as bad.
there are many methods that work fairly well for these pests.
1.) peppermint shrimp (don't get the ones from california)
2.) copperband butterfly fish
3.) I use mrs wages pickling lime mixed to a paste and squirted out a srynge onto the face of the pest. be sure to cover the entire oral disc. and if it retreats into its hole cover the hole with the paste. leave it set for 45 minutes or so and suck out the pest with a turkey baster.
you can also use kalkwasser mix the same way just more expensive.
4.) Aiptasia-x pretty much same thing as #3 but with its own applicator. doenst last very long if you have a bunch to kill.
5.) never had any luck with these methods but others have. boiling water, lemon juice, joes juice.
Do not disturb it prior to killing it or it may release more spawn into your system.

1) Definitely Aiptasia and you need to get rid of it ASAP. I prefer Aiptasia-X, everyone has their own preference. Since it's on a rock by itself, you may want to try just boiling some water, putting it in a syringe and shooting it right at it. Whatever you do, no not try to just pluck it off.
2) Looks like a Majano, (better pic would help) equally as bad. Again, the same method for above will get rid of it. They are a little hardier and it may take more than one application.
Peppermint shrimp are 50/50. Purchase a bottle of Aiptasia-X and keep it on hand. I've had the little bottle for over a year and even with a huge majano outbreak, it's lasted. You don't need that much to kill them, a little dab will do it.

First picture Aiptasia, a pest that requires eradication.
Second picture Pseudocorynactis. A corallimorph. No problem.

I agree with Henry. The second is ok. I have a few, usually stay in the shade and dont spread.
