What are these lights good for?

The only reason I ask is because I have an option to get some really really cheap. Thanks for any input.

good for lighting a fuge, putting light under your tank in the stand so you can work more easily, great for shallow soft coral prop tanks, good for adding actinics to your system for lunar/dawn and dusk cycles, good for a quarantine/hospital tank.
you could mount one with a pressure switch in your entertainment center so that when you open the doors to your stereo/video system, you get operating light to see what you are doing in the dark...
i could think of a lot of things to do with them if i had a "cheap" source of them. if it is just the bulbs you are getting cheap, you can easily run two of them off of a workhorse 7 ballast, which you can buy for about 40 bucks. still a cheap option for utility lights.
oh and dont forget, you can always run them over your main tank if it is not a light hungry reef tank.
