first picture looks like small feather dusters although they aren't open so hard to say
second pic looks like Spirobranchus sp. aka Serpulid Worm, AKA christmas tree worm, AKA Coco Worm
3rd pic looks like sponges, might live might not
4th is a kind of algae
all are good and might get bigger and spread

It uses calcium from the water when it grows, but if you dont have much i doubt it will take up a lot. As long as you dont have coral it wont really matter anyways, and if you do you would already be dosing it anyways so no need to worry unless it gets really big.

That rock comes from 20 miles off the cost of FL (if you didnt know). If you would like to know I can tell you of a place thats fairly close to Tampa that sells this rock for around $5.00 a lb.. If you paid less for yours.. please share the info ;)

Those anemones are probably light bulb anemones or aptasia.. you dont really want either.. but light bulbs are the lesser of the two evils ;)
I have about 20ish lbs of this rock in my tank.. they are full of crap.. I have one rock that probably weighs a half a pound and it has 8 christmas tree worms on it! They are nice decorative pieces.. but I would recommend fiji or maybe tonga pieces to create better aquascaping.. as these rocks which have gotten the name 'worm rock' are often not a good shape to aquascape!
