What are these things? Maybe I should take them out? Help please :)

I just noticed these things, they are very TINY and transparent. I think I should take them out..your opinions?






I've found about 4-5 of them so far, all attached on some rubble in the corner of my tank, there are 3 on the one rock, and I couldn't get good pics of the others. I circled the 3 in the last pic.

Thanks :) They're just on some loose rubble, which I can easily pick up, I'll go take em out now :)

Hit the nail on the head, that's why I post here before I even post on my reef club's board. I'm lucky if i get a response at all from them :) Maybe I just have to *pay* then they'll care :)
