what are these things on my glass?

can anyone tell me what these are and how to get rid of them if i need to? last night i didnt see anything and today there are two of them. they look like they are attached to the glass by about ten tentacles and their body looks like a small worm about a quarter inch long and white in color with red close to the tentacles.

Relax they are microstars! They are a good thing!

ok. what do they do and how did they get there? they dont look like brittle stars they look like anemones with very skinny and long tentacles and foot and they are attached by the tentacles. the tentacles are a little over and inch and white and there are probably thirty of them now. some of them are a little shorter though
