What are these white tubes??

I but a small 2.5 pound lr in my tank about two months ago and finally some things are starting to grow on it and I'm wondering what it is. There is a lot of white tubes growing on it, they are about 5-10 mm long i guess. There is also some pink things. They look like a pink ball with 2 tube like things sticking out of them. What are these?

are these clear tube things in bunches coming out of a hole in the lr, and is the reb balls look kinda like balloons or red seeds filled with air. if so, i have the same thing on my lr. couldnt tell u what it is but i know there both not bad for the tank or for the fish.

not for nothin' but if you notice...mine have small feather dusters that pop out of them...someone on this thread recently mentioned what type of feather duster they were...sorry can't help much...
