What are they?

I have lots of things popping up all my live rock and dead coral. They are brown in color, tube shaped, about a quarter inch long, 1/16 in diameter and are hard to the touch. There seems to be two tiny hair like things sticking out of them and what looks like filiments like a spider would spin coming from them. If anyone has any idea I'd like to here.

Sounds like small tube worms or feather dusters too me. If so these are a good thing.Hard to really say without seeing them.
